Routine appointments are 15 minutes.  If you have several issues to discuss with the doctor, please let the receptionist know so an extended appointment can be booked.

 

For your convenience, a SMS reminder will be sent to your mobile phone to remind you of your appointment the next day. 

 

If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please inform our reception staff before the appointment time.  As appointments are at a premium, failure to cancel 1 hour prior to your appointment time will incur a 'Did Not Attend' charge.

We do cater for urgent medical problems to be seen without a booked appointment.  All patients requiring this service are first seen by our practice nurse to triage the priority. All triage appointments will be billed as per normal practice policy.

 

We try to attend to all patients in a timely fashion but there are times when more serious medical problems take priority and this may result in a longer than normal waiting time.
