We require payment on the day of consultation, and can offer your Medicare refund back instantly using Medicare Easyclaim. All missed appointments will incur a fee.   Cancellations less than 1 hour prior to your appointment time will also incur a fee.

 

Below is a fee schedule of the most common item numbers used in our practice for general consultations.

Health Care Cards & Seniors Cards are billed at a reduced rate. Pensioner Concession Cards are bulk billed *at Doctor discretion.  

 

Telephone consults are also privately billed for non Pensioner Concession holders.

 

It is SFMC policy that payment is made on the day of consultation. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please speak with our Practice Manager or your doctor before your consultation.

Treatment room charges apply for all procedures.  There is no Medicare refund for these fees.

Fees associated with Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident claims are the patients' responsibility if rejected by the Insurer.

 

Transfer of your medical records to another practice, via secure encrypted messaging is $22.00.
